His brothers have expanded into new sectors, such as construction and vehicle services. Together, they share a close bond within their joint family, which includes their parents and grandmother, all living comfortably under one roof.

The family embraces a close- knit mindset and, like many families in Bundelkhand, is deeply involved in business, with a strong emphasis on respecting elders. After graduating, Dr. Santosh gained extensive medical experience, spending three years as a surgical assistant in a hospital and four years managing the Dev Hospital & Research Center, a 100-bed facility in Bhopal. In 2017, he expanded into the building sector and focused on agricultural products, such as net houses and polyhouses. He also moved into warehousing and partnered with the Israeli company Ceragon to install Jio towers across Madhya Pradesh.

Beyond these ventures, Dr. Santosh and his brothers are developing CNG projects in India. Their company, Renato Hitech, provides services to ethanol and CNG plants, with future plans to expand into hydrogen technologies. Dr. Santosh’s wife is a dentist, and they live in Bhopal with their two children, a 10-year-old daughter and a 3-year-old son.
