Some lives are meant to be lived. Others are meant to be felt, witnessed, and remembered.
The life of Dr. Richa Jindal is one such soul-journey—a quiet revolution of healing, purpose, and deep spiritual awakening. Hers is not just a story of survival or success—it is a story of returning to truth, of listening to whispers from within, and of rising, again and again, with grace.
Born with a heart full of empathy and a spirit rooted in ancient knowing, Dr. Richa Jindal walked the path of a seeker long before she was called a healer. Through personal storms and spiritual revelations, through motherhood and meditation, through the silence of her own struggles and the stories of countless others—she found her true calling.
This biography is not merely a timeline of achievements or events. It is a living testament to transformation. It captures how one woman turned pain into purpose, loss into light, and intuition into a life devoted to helping others awaken their soul’s power.
From founding The Womb Stories to becoming a trusted guide in past life regression, energy alchemy, and soul psychotherapy, Dr. Richa Jindal has touched thousands of lives—not with grandeur, but with genuine presence. She has become a mirror through which others see themselves more clearly, a voice that echoes the wisdom of lifetimes, and a presence that reminds us: healing is not only possible—it is sacred.
This is the story of a woman who did not just build a legacy—She birthed it. From the womb of her own becoming. From the depths of her own truth.
Welcome to the journey of Dr. Richa Jindal.
A journey of remembrance, awakening, and the profound beauty of a soul in service to love.
Richa was born in September 1974 in Agra, a city rich in culture and history. From the very beginning, her life seemed to carry a quiet sense of purpose. She grew up in a loving and supportive family that always encouraged learning and self-growth. Her father, Mr. Vijay Mehta, was a paper technologist—a man of discipline and intellect—while her mother, Ms. Priti Mehta, was a kind-hearted homemaker who nurtured her children with love and wisdom.
As the eldest of three siblings, with a younger brother Mr. Gagan Mehta and sister Ms. Parul Joban, Richa naturally took on the role of being responsible, caring, and quietly strong.
Even as a young child, Richa felt that she was a little different. She couldn’t quite explain it, but there was always a strange feeling deep inside—a sense that something bigger, something unseen, was calling her. Her early years were spent moving from one town to another because of her father’s job. These frequent relocations exposed her to many different environments and experiences, which shaped her personality in a unique way.
One of the most unforgettable chapters of her childhood took place in a small, peaceful town in South India called Adoni. The town was quiet, surrounded by nature, and had very few distractions. It was in this calm setting, when she was just seven years old, that something extraordinary happened. One day, while playing in the backyard, she noticed a strange light or energy coming out of a small hole in the ground. It changed shapes and seemed to shift in size and colour. Curious and fascinated, she kept watching it until a strong, unfamiliar feeling swept through her body—almost like a wave of energy. She got scared and ran to her mother. When she shared the experience, her mother was concerned but calm. Her father, however, brushed it off as a child’s imagination. But Richa knew deep inside that this was not just a game or fantasy. Something powerful had happened to her.
That moment, strange and scary as it was, opened a doorway into her spiritual awareness. It was the beginning of a journey she didn’t fully understand at the time, but which would shape her entire life.
A few years later, the family moved again—this time to Delhi, so that the children could receive better education. In Delhi, Richa lived with her grandmother, who was a quiet, deeply spiritual woman and a follower of the Nirankari mission. Her grandmother would often sit for long hours in meditation, lost in silence. At that young age, Richa didn’t really understand what meditation was. She thought her grandmother was just dozing off, and would sometimes gently tease her about it. But her grandmother never reacted—she just smiled peacefully and continued with her practice.
It wasn’t until much later that Richa realized what those quiet hours actually meant. Her grandmother had been in deep spiritual connection, and without saying a word, she had become Richa’s first spiritual teacher. By simply being herself—calm, silent, and centered—her grandmother planted the first real seeds of spiritual practice in Dr. Richa Jindal’s heart.
Dr. Richa Jindal’s academic journey was as unique and dynamic as her inner world. Just like her spiritual experiences, her education took her to many different places, allowing her to explore not just books and classrooms, but different cultures, languages, and ways of thinking.
Her early schooling years were spread across several Indian cities due to her father’s transferable job. This constant movement taught her how to adapt quickly, make new friends, and observe the world around her with curiosity. She completed her 10th grade in Andhra Pradesh, a place that not only gave her academic grounding but also exposed her to the simplicity and charm of life in southern India. Then, she moved to Delhi, where she completed her 12th grade and began to think more seriously about her future and the kind of work that would allow her to express herself.
From a young age, Dr. Richa Jindal had a natural eye for beauty, colour, and design. She was drawn to clothing, fabrics, and the art of self-expression through fashion. Inspired by this passion, she decided to pursue a degree in fashion design. For her, fashion was not just about trends or style—it was a form of creativity, freedom, and emotional expression.
Her time studying fashion design was full of learning, excitement, and self-discovery. It gave her a way to turn her ideas into something real, something people could see and touch. With great enthusiasm and a spirit of independence, she eventually opened her own boutique, which she lovingly named “Cinderella.”
The boutique became more than just a business—it was a space where creativity met purpose. Through Cinderella, Dr. Richa Jindal explored the world of entrepreneurship and experienced the joy of building something from the ground up.
She found fulfilment in seeing her designs come to life and helping others feel beautiful and confident in what they wore.
Although her spiritual path was always active in the background, this phase of her life allowed her to experience success and confidence in the physical, creative world. It gave her important life lessons in discipline, vision, and the art of blending creativity with practicality.
Her academic journey, while rooted in traditional education, also reflected her deeper desire to explore life from different angles whether through colours and fabrics, or energy and emotion. Every step she took in her academic life prepared her, in ways both seen and unseen, for the deeper spiritual and healing work she would one day be called to do.
In the year 1996, Richa’s life changed in a big way. She got married to Mr. Deepak Jindal—a kind, responsible man who would become her life partner, her support system, and the father of her children. Their journey together began with love, dreams, and the desire to build a happy life side by side. Like many newlyweds, they had big hopes for the future. Richa was full of excitement and ready to create a life filled with love, family, and success.
Just two years after the wedding, in 1998, their first son, Rahul, was born. Richa embraced motherhood with great joy. She poured all her love and care into raising him. Four years later, in 2002, their second son, Raghav, came into the world. Their family felt complete. The house was filled with the laughter and cries of little children, and Richa gave her heart and soul to being a mother.
At that time, she also had her own boutique named Cinderella. It was more than just a business—it was her creative space where she designed clothes and brought beauty into the lives of others. She loved every part of it: sketching, working with fabrics, meeting clients. It gave her a sense of identity and joy.
Raising two children came with many responsibilities, and soon financial pressure started to build. The income from her boutique wasn’t enough to meet the growing needs of the family. After many discussions and difficult nights, Richa made a big sacrifice—she closed her boutique to help her husband with his packing and moving business.
This shift wasn’t easy. She went from designing beautiful clothes to handling logistics, moving boxes, and dealing with the hard realities of running a business that didn’t feed her creative soul. It was a huge adjustment. But Richa didn’t complain. She knew her family needed her, and she gave her best.
Even though she was strong on the outside, her heart was full of questions. Why did life become so difficult even when she had done everything with honesty and good intentions? Why were things not working out, despite her efforts and prayers? She often asked herself, “Why me?”
Looking for answers, she turned to books, courses, and spiritual teachings. She started studying astrology, numerology, Vastu shastra (the science of space and energy), and tarot reading. She was hoping to understand the deeper reasons behind human pain and suffering. While these subjects gave her some knowledge, they didn’t satisfy her soul. Something was still missing.
Then, something unexpected happened—Richa began seeing things, feeling things, remembering things that didn’t belong to her current life. She started having visions and dreams that seemed to come from a different time. She would meet people and feel an instant connection, as if they had met before, in another life. These experiences opened a new door in her spiritual journey.
