Through his role at IBM, Ranjit introduced the family to innovation and technology, and his unwavering dedication to his work had a profound impact on Rajiv’s development.

After his tenure at IBM, Ranjit Kr. Ghosh joined the liquor giant, Shaw Wallace, where he played a pivotal role in revolutionizing the company’s IT and Management Information Systems (MIS) during the 1980s and 1990s. His innovative approach and expertise were instrumental in transforming the Group’s reporting systems, setting new benchmarks for efficiency and accuracy. Ranjit’s visionary work not only streamlined operations but also laid the foundation for modern data-driven decision-making within the organization, leaving a lasting legacy in the corporate world.

During their childhood, Rajiv shared with his sister Radhika the typical benefits along with the difficulties that emerge through being siblings. He founded Amuzi Sports alongside others as part of an effort to build an OTT platform specifically for sports lovers. Rajiv founded Amuzi Sports, which served as his mission to both become a business platform and a creative space that advances sports media interactivity for audiences.

Dr. Rajiv Ghosh has made a lifelong commitment to serve as a Life Member of the Direct Taxes Professionals Association and the Institute of Directors. Dr. Ghosh holds key positions at prestigious sports organizations such as Calcutta Cricket & Football Club (CC&FC) and Calcutta South Club, in addition to serving as vice president of the West Bengal Handball Association. Dr. Ghosh maintains a position of power in the sports sector through his association with Amuzi Sports, which develops partnerships with prominent entities such as Prasar Bharati and Hockey India.
