His father, a seasoned businessman, had a significant influence on his professional aspirations. In those early years, watching his father work tirelessly as an oil depot holder and later expand into a commission agent business that deeply shaped Rajinder’s life in a positive way. From a young age, he observed the discipline, long hours, and resilience his father demonstrated every day. Seeing him take risks, build relationships, and grow the business step by step taught Rajinder the value of perseverance and smart decision-making. His father’s journey instilled in him a strong work ethic, professional acumen, and the confidence to pursue growth with integrity and determination.
