For nearly a decade, from 2008 to 2018, Rahul dedicated himself to driving innovation and operational excellence at BOSCH. One of his greatest achievements at BOSCH was boosting Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) through cross-functional teamwork. And of course, no major role at BOSCH would be complete without achieving Euro VI emission compliance. Rahul was not just about cutting costs and improving processes – he was also making sure that everything ran cleaner and greener. So, while he was running operations, he was also making sure the world wasn’t running out of fresh air. Then came the big leap to Collins Aerospace in Bengaluru, where Rahul truly showed what it meant to be a leader in the high-pressure world of aerospace. Overseeing a team of 750 operators and 250 engineers was no easy feat, but Rahul tackled it like a pro. Under his leadership, Lean manufacturing principles were applied, and his results were nothing short of stellar – improving OTD (On-Time Delivery) from 46% to a jaw-dropping 95% in just 11 months. Rahul took a deep dive into new product development, leading projects that boosted financial performance with a 15% EBIT increase in just 8 months.
