The company was involved in the construction of the Salem Airport in Tamil Nadu, and Rahim found himself working on one of the most ambitious infrastructure projects in the country. Rahim was able to apply the knowledge he had gained during his studies to real-world projects, but he soon realized that being a successful engineer required more than just technical knowledge. It required strong leadership skills, the ability to work in teams, and a problem-solving mindset.
Working on the Salem Airport project introduced Dr. Rahim to the complexities of large-scale construction.
