He studied assiduously, achieved commendable academic results, and cultivated robust reasoning abilities through disciplines such as mathematics and physics. Nevertheless, despite his advancement in education, his thoughts increasingly turned towards entrepreneurship. He instinctively sensed that the conventional route—education, degrees, employment—was not the path he was destined to pursue.

By the time he approached the conclusion of high school, his inner voice had become impossible to disregard. And in 2023, he made one of the most pivotal decisions of his career: he ventured into the real estate development industry, a sector that would transform him from a business proprietor into a creator of futures.

He had observed families facing difficulties in affording residences, communities contending with increasing living expenses, and individuals compelled into instability due to the unaffordability of housing.
