Dr. Gupta’s academic foundation was laid with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Hospitality Administration (BHM) from IGNOU, where he cultivated skills that would serve as the foundation for his leadership roles initially in hospitality and then in the education industry. His education was further complemented by numerous certifications in commercial cookery, hospitality management, business management, training and assessment and vocational education, which enabled him to transition seamlessly into leadership positions.

In 2006, driven by his entrepreneurial spirit and desire to make a broader impact, Dr. Gupta founded G & G Global Training Services (GNGGTS), a consulting firm focused on providing innovative training solutions for various organizations. His goal was clear: to enhance operational efficiency, improve compliance, and drive growth through effective training programs. Over the years, his consultancy expanded its reach both nationally and internationally, helping organizations refine their workforce strategies and regulatory compliance practices.

Dr. Gupta’s leadership skills soon became evident in his roles providing services via his consultancy organisation as Group General Manager at GE Group (2018–2024), he was responsible for overseeing the operations of a large workforce, driving the company’s expansion into international markets. His ability to lead cross-functional teams and his strategic vision helped streamline operations and foster growth. Similarly, providing his consulting services to multiple organisations, Dr. Gupta managed operations across multiple campuses, ensuring that the organization adhered to industry standards while optimizing its operational processes.

Leading a team of over 100 employees, Dr. Gupta faced the challenge of optimizing operations and driving growth within a complex educational organization.
