Dr. Deena holds the position of middle child in his family that included an elder brother followed by his younger sister. When his family needed his assistance, Dr. Deena became part of the house cleaning and hotel housekeeping services business his family had created because he understood the importance of family support. He made this demanding choice to acquire practical knowledge, which later enabled him to revolutionize the sector through innovative management approaches.
In 2004, Dr. Deena commenced his professional corporate career at TY Enterprise Pte Ltd as their Operation Operations Manager, Dr. Deena took on a wide range of duties to supervise workforce management operations planning and perform services.
