Dr. Aashish Suresh Mangal
Dr. Aashish Suresh Mangal entered into the world on 1st November in 1978 to parents Suresh and Leela Mangal. The Mangal family shared a deep affection along with strong ethical principles and steady family support, as they believed family stands as the main foundation throughout life. Dr. Aashish Mangal developed under his parents’ gentle yet methodical instruction, which allowed him to witness his father’s quiet traits of guidance and his mother’s caring nature.
His elder brother Anoop Mangal shared the family home with Dr. Aashish Mangal and eventually had a special place in his life. Through his marriage to Rakhi Mangal, Anoop established another relationship that added affection and support to their lives. The household, ringed with joviality, yet contained moments of challenges that developed his capability to cope with obstacles. Dr. Aashish Mangal had a major role play when his niece Aayushi Mangal was about to take birth on 3rd November 1997. Since, Anoop Mangal, Aayushi’s father, wasn’t available there at the time of her birth due to some circumstances and so all the responsibilities were on Dr. Aashish Mangal. He had a fatherly role to play and took major decisions when she was being born. During this period, Dr. Aashish Mangal discovered that unity and affection bring more power than achieving individual success.
At the beginning of his academic path, Dr. Aashish Mangal shared common traits with typical curious-minded students who asked many questions about everything. Dr. Aashish Mangal moved from his 10th grade to enroll at Patkar College. A B.Sc. Chemistry degree became his choice after he became fascinated with scientific knowledge and mechanical system operations. Education follows no consistent pattern between beginning and end. In his second year, Dr. Aashish Mangal decided to leave university education behind. The marked his move out of the education system that Aashish saw as a new beginning in his life.
Patkar College taught him valuable knowledge that he will use for the rest of his life. This journey helped him meet Dr. Uday Mashelkar, who initially was his chemistry professor, later Dr. Aashish Mangal did the best he can and made Dr. Uday Mashelkar the principle of Patkar College. To him, Dr. Uday Mashelkar is his lifelong mentor and guidance figure. During the early years after his education, Dr. Aashish Mangal faced a crucial decision between taking on responsibility or pursuing his ambitions. The unpredictable progression of his life carried deep inside his heart a strong yearning to establish something that would leave a permanent mark on business environments together with the hearts of everyone he cared about.
When he turned 18 years old, Dr. Aashish Mangal entered the field of pharmaceuticals even though his fellow students remained in academic spaces. He joined Merlin Pharma Private Limited under his father not to tick a duty box but as a determined young man focused on precise strategic thinking. He accelerated the growth of his role when he dedicated himself to mastering company financial operations. His fascination for his work surpassed the intense pressure he faced. His father’s mentorship, combined with his own dedication to business strategy, enabled Dr. Aashish Mangal to prove himself professionally so he attained Director of Finance status that demonstrated both his operational expertise and his dedication to upholding the Mangal heritage.
He was making progress in his career, yet another period of his life emerged during that time. Dr. Aashish Mangal married Payal Parekh on June 27, 2001, the woman whose love, along with life’s purpose, he shared. Love was more than just a celebration of their union since their intercast marriage needed both bravery and determination. It wasn’t easy. When Dr. Aashish Mangal chose to leave home just after his marriage, it established his identity as a responsible and loyal man. The beginning of independence led him to purchase a new house in Mumbai, where he moved out from his parents’ residence. Without any hesitation, Dr. Aashish Mangal supported his wife in their bold marriage transition through his grace and strength.
A severe kidney diagnosis came when fate decided to test Payal. During their initial months of pregnancy, the newlyweds unexpectedly discovered a medical issue after Payal received her diagnosis. Their lives changed dramatically since medical treatments and intensive hospital stays joined the burden of dealing with a critical illness that entered daily routines.
This adversity never broke Dr. Aashish Mangal’s commitment to his wife. The devotion shown by Dr. Aashish Mangal towards Payal surpassed traditional husbandly love and became a deep connection that hardship teaches individuals to understand properly. Dr. Aashish Mangal’s journey through payal’s illness made him develop resilience and empathy, which established themselves as critical personality traits in all aspects of his life. The support given to him by Late Dr. Vijay Patni, Father of Dr. Nayesh Patin at that time of his life was immeasurable. He was the one who diagnosed it and made Dr. Aashish Mangal to meet Dr. Bharat Shah and made everything work out. Without their support things would have never been the same. From there onwards Dr. Aashish Mangal had family like relations with Late Dr. Vijay Patni and now his son, Dr. Nayesh Patin is his closest friend.
Dr. Aashish Mangal’s life has been a constant battle against personal demons, physical pain, and emotional isolation. From handling his wife’s kidney disease to undergoing a year of surgeries and bed rest, his journey is one of raw endurance. Despite fighting to heal, what hurt the most was the absence of emotional support from those he expected to be closest. His resilience continues to shine through, even as he silently battles the weight of depression and the longing for family connection.
Dr. Aashish Mangal also tried his hands in stock market to provide stability to his life but he occurred a huge loss from this and his father was the one who bailed him out of this loss. Dr. Aashish Mangal owes his life to his father because he stood by him in this incident and bailed him out of this loss.
Dr. Aashish Mangal stands as one of the few entrepreneurs who began his professional journey with a deep sense of purpose through his entrepreneurial venture. For many years Dr. Aashish Mangal dedicated his work at Merlin Pharma Private Limited, which belonged to his father, while he mastered financial expertise and managerial skills. After appreciating the inventory acquired from his previous role, he wanted to establish a venture that reflected his own video concepts together with his business drive and distinct concepts. The moment he found Pace LLC in its infancy marked May 6, 2009, as the birth date of his venture.
The absent inherited framework and lack of prepared support for his dream led to its development through unwavering determination and strategic vision. The surgical loan license manufacturing sector required much specialized knowledge and numerous regulations, so entry into this field required more than just convenience.
The venture required complete precision because customer trust and operational excellence remained fundamental requirements for this domain.
