Dedication

This book is dedicated to the core pillars of Dr. Abhishek Anand’s life—his father, mother, two elder brothers, wife, and daughter. Each of them has played a deep and meaningful role in shaping his journey, guiding his path, and giving him the courage to move forward, even in the most difficult times.

He dedicates this work to his late father, who was his first inspiration, his silent strength, and his lifelong hero.

To his mother, whose love, patience, and sacrifices are beyond words.

To his elder brothers—one serving as an Assistant Professor at Deochand College, Hajipur, and the other as a Senior Branch Manager, Scale III, at Canara Bank, Guwahati Branch—both of whom stood beside him like strong pillars throughout every phase of his life.

To his wife, Supriya, who stands with him not only as a life partner, but also as a source of encouragement and stability, while serving as a Deputy Manager at ICICI Bank, Haridwar.

And to his beloved daughter, Sanvi, whose innocent smile brings peace to his heart and strength to his soul.

Dr. Abhishek Anand believes that his success is not his alone, but the result of the unseen efforts, blessings, and love of his family. He often says that if life gave him seven births, he would pray to be born again and again to the same parents, with the same brothers, the same wife, and the same daughter.

This book stands as a small tribute to their unwavering faith, sacrifices, and unconditional love.

PHASE 1: The Roots of Life

In a small village in Bihar, where life was slow and poverty was common, a little boy named Dr. Abhishek Anand was born. His birth brought happiness to a family that had very little but hearts full of hope. Life around him was tough. People lived hard lives with few opportunities, and only a few could dream of changing their future.

But even in such a place, dreams were born. The story of Dr. Abhishek Anand is one such dream—a journey from hunger to hope, from pain to purpose, and from a one-room house to a life of respect and success.

i. A Childhood That Began in Struggles

Dr. Abhishek Anand was born into a poor family. His father, Late Shankar Prasad Jaiswal, ran a small shop that earned very little to support his wife and three sons. Every rupee was counted and carefully used. Many days, even two proper meals were a dream.

His mother, Late Panna Devi, was a simple housewife. She could not read or write but managed the home with love and strength. Many times, she skipped meals so her children could eat. She wore old sarees and never complained.

Abhishek and his two elder brothers grew up in one small room that served as their bedroom, study room, dining room, and sometimes kitchen. There was no fan in the early days. Summers were unbearable, and winters were cold, but the family stayed close and supported each other.

Their father often said:

“I don’t want my sons to follow my path. I want them to be
respected. I want them to get education and live a life better than
mine.”

School life was not easy. Schools were far away, and the journey was long. Often, he had to walk barefoot because there was no money for shoes. Many days, he went to school hungry.

Books, notebooks, pens, and uniforms were expensive. Abhishek often borrowed books or wrote on used pages. But he never gave up. He believed that education was his only hope and promised himself that he would honor his parents’ sacrifices.

There were no tutors or coaching centres. Whatever he learned, he learned on his own, sitting in a corner of the small room while his brothers studied and his mother cooked.

He still remembers 1987 as one of the hardest years. The shop earned very little, and many days, the family survived on salt and rice. But even in those dark days, his parents kept saying only one thing

PHASE 2: Academic Life

i. Life in Hostel – A Journey of Separation
Dr. Abhishek Anand started his education away from home. From early childhood itself, he lived in a hostel, far from his family and village. Most children get to enjoy their school days under the love and care of their parents. But Dr. Abhishek Anand learned to grow up alone, missing the warmth of his mother’s hands and the guidance of his father.
He stayed in the hostel until he completed his 10th standard. Life in the hostel was strict. There were fixed timings, limited resources, and no room for laziness. But it was there, in that small hostel room, that a fire started burning in his heart—a fire to achieve something big.
He says: “Hostel life made me strong. It taught me that I am responsible for my own future. If I study, I grow. If I stop, I fall.”

ii. A Young Achiever
By the time he reached Class 10, his hard work began to show. He secured the top rank in his school and became a name of inspiration among students and teachers. He was not just a student—he was a symbol of silent struggle and success. For his outstanding performance, he was honoured with the Vice Chancellor Award, a rare and prestigious recognition.
This award was not just a medal for Dr. Abhishek Anand. It was a message from life—that even when life gets tough, you can shine if you stay focused.

iii. Choosing a Different Path – The Turning Point
After completing his 12th standard, a new question came in front of him—What to study next? What field to choose?
All around him, students were running towards engineering and computer science. Some chose mechanical, others went into electronics, and many ran behind IT careers. But Dr. Abhishek Anand’s elder brothers, who were like his guiding stars, gave him a different idea.

They said: “Don’t follow the crowd. Don’t enter into a race where everyone is running. Choose something different. Choose something that has scope, future, and less competition.”

Their suggestion changed his life. They advised him to explore the agriculture and dairy science sector, which was still untouched by many but had huge potential. Dr. Abhishek Anand, with full faith in their wisdom, accepted the path. He chose to study in the agriculture field, especially focusing on dairy technology, a rare and valuable area.

PHASE 3: Professional Life

“The role of a true public servant is not to occupy power, but to distribute justice.”

i. From Factory Floors to Boardrooms

After finishing his education at the prestigious National Dairy Research Institute in Karnal, Dr. Abhishek Anand stepped into the professional world with a heart full of dreams and a mind trained in discipline. He was no longer that poor boy from the village of Bihar. He had grown into a skilled and educated young man, ready to take on the challenges of the real world.
His first professional journey began with a well-known American multinational company—Schreiber Dynamix Dairies Limited in Baramati, Pune. It was a proud moment for him and his family. From a small village in Bihar to an international dairy firm—it was nothing short of a miracle. But this was only the beginning.
At Schreiber Dynamix, Dr. Abhishek Anand worked in many different departments. Sometimes he was involved in cheese manufacturing. Other times, he worked in butter and ghee production. He also gained experience in whey production and in the ultra-high temperature (UHT) section, where advanced technology was used to produce milk-based beverages. These included juices, lassi, sports drinks, energy drinks, flavoured milk, and many other dairy-based products.

He was learning everything with full dedication. He would not just do his job, but try to understand the entire process, from raw materials to finished products. He worked hard, asked questions, and stayed curious. Every experience added a new skill to his journey.

ii. A New Beginning – Becoming a Factory Head After learning the basics of the industry, Dr. Abhishek Anand entered the second phase of his professional life. He joined SS Vitran Healthcare Private Limited, a company under the banner of Patanjali Ayurved Limited. Here, he worked with full responsibility and dedication. He was not just an employee anymore—he became the Factory Head, a position of great importance.
For more than seven years, Dr. Abhishek Anand has been leading the factory operations. Under his leadership, the factory grew in quality, productivity, and respect. He handled manpower’s, machines, management, production, quality control, all operation—everything. He was trusted by his team and respected by his superiors.
But his heart was still dreaming of something more—something bigger.

You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, none can make you SPIRITUAL. There is no other teacher but your own soul.
