Dr. Ankush Saha
Dr. Ankush Saha was born in the region of West Bengal to Mr. Basudev Saha and Mrs. Tulu Saha. His youth differed from typical childhood experiences because he had no time for repeated games or relieved daily life. The period proved difficult since it presented obstacles throughout his journey. On his birthday, Kali Krishna Saha received his conventional Hindu name, which eventually became a source of suffering to him. At a young age, his parents failed to give him necessary polio drops due to either inadequate awareness or unavoidable matters. The absence of polio drops became the reason he became infected with polio, which proved devastating. The polio illness damaged his leg muscles, which prevented him from maintaining proper walking mechanics. At a young age, he became extremely aware of his physical disability, yet his biggest frustration came from the disrespectful treatment society bestowed upon him.
The name Kali Krishna Saha served as a convenient object for schoolchildren to tease him during his childhood days. The students at school targeted him mercilessly, which turned his name into hurtful mockery. Daily bullying made his life feel like he carried an unbearably heavy weight through his name. Each school day morning brought him depression because he knew he had to face bullies and maintained his status as an outcast. This disability served to multiply the bullying he received from his peers. His physical disability prevented him from keeping up with the others in play and sports, which made him more susceptible to the hurtful words they used against him. He battled to protect his dignity at school every day since the educational facility evolved into an arena of daily attacks.
The environment within this school made Ankush’s weaknesses easy targets for others’ exploitation because of the intense brutality faced by students like him. New life principles enabled him to overcome adversity. The scorn of others no longer evoked angry responses from him. He developed the ability to use his certainty to eliminate their negative attacks. Your power increases when you refuse to provide others with the usual responses because they no longer control your behavior.
The development of Dr. Ankush Saha from a victim of schoolyard bullying to a secure individual marked his initial life developmental stage. During his academic progression, he strengthened his intellect while preserving an unbreakable mental attitude. He progressed from school survival as a student into someone who wanted to create meaningful change in his 10th grade year of studies. The overly cautious, optimistic attitude he displayed during his 1998 tenth-grade exam demonstrated his ability to overcome most obstacles. The 12th-grade examinations became his next academic milestone when he appeared for them in the year 2000. His life at this time underwent major developments while he both obtained academic achievements and developed his ideological beliefs.
His educational experience contained multiple obstacles during his time at school. The upcoming final exams in his 12th grade coincided with severe lower abdominal pain development for him. At first, he dismissed it because he thought the discomfort was related to his current stress level or dietary problems. The pain intensified so much it became troublesome for him to focus on his work. He achieved a degree of strength where he could survive no longer. The doctor’s visit took place after his parents noticed his condition became cause for concern. Hospital tests showed his diagnosis as the presence of stones affecting both his kidney and his urinary bladder. The approaching examinations created a dilemma because he needed hospital care but had to decide between getting help now or later.
Dr. Ankush Saha maintained his strong medical interest, but medical practice remained beyond his reach because of his circumstances. Life had other plans for him. Restrictions faced by him led him to make a diverse choice. Medical school decision was replaced by his decision to study for a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.). Dr. Ankush Saha was admitted to do BSc. course at Ananda Mohan College, Kolkata but due to some unavoidable circumstances he was unable to appear in the examination. Although it was not his original choice, because he recognized that success happened through how people utilized their knowledge and experience to generate new opportunities. The glass bottle supply business his family operated was growing rapidly when his father understood that Dr. Ankush Saha had talent for business expansion. However, Dr. Saha decided to reappear in the joint entrance exam for medical, and he started the study regarding the same.
Every challenge failed to convince him that misfortune could determine his destiny. This businessman took all challenges as opportunities that led him toward his ultimate victory. Dr. Ankush Saha faced the confusing combination of business instability after his father endured a cerebral stroke, which resulted in his taking full responsibility for their operations. He found himself compelled to take over running the operation for the business since he had no other options.
Running a glass bottle supply business presented multiple challenges to business operators. Effectively running the glass bottle supply business demanded continuous control over inventory levels with additional responsibilities of coordinating logistics operations and supplier relationships and client partnership management. The competitive market demanded he establish trustworthiness as a young head of business operations. Dr. Ankush Saha inherited his business legacy from his father after years of his dedicated work so he would preserve the business but simultaneously drive its expansion. Success demanded that he would need to bring forward groundbreaking strategies coupled with original ideas. Keeping to traditional methods alone would not succeed in the current fast-changing business landscape.
