This biography is dedicated to my parents, Mr. Vijay Singh & Mrs. Chandra kanta, Uncle Mr. Ganga Singh, my younger brother Mr. Guman Singh and his wife Mrs. Ankita, My wife Mrs. Monika and my children because their continuous devotion and care, together with their counsel, shaped my life.
My father, Mr. Vijay Singh, demonstrated public health service dedication through his government work, which led me to pursue excellence while offering help to the community and society. Through your dedication, you demonstrated the lasting lessons about persistence and community service, which motivated me as I watched you work with integrity throughout your professional career.
My character, along with my aspirations, developed under the guidance of my mother, Mrs. Chandra kanta, because she possesses both wisdom and a nurturing spirit and values education. Your constant support throughout all difficulty has provided my greatest motivation and power. You showed me how kindness works together with humility, as they empower people to maintain a connection to their origins.
My life receives endless support through my wife Mrs. Monika, who embraces every journey with me. Through your patience and loving encouragement, my life received direction, which allowed me to handle life’s changes with determination and peaceful strength.

Phase 1 : Foundations of a Journey
Dr. Ranjeet Singh Gahlot born on 3rd July 1990 in Sri Ganganagar in the cultural and agricultural hub of Rajasthan. His origins in an educational and public service family created the foundation for his existence to become marked by committed duty and his firm commitment to communal values. Mr. Vijay Singh worked as a government health services employee, and his job as an employee often led the family to move from place to place. His early life as a nomad developed in Ranjeet both a flexible attitude and a strong ability to persevere, which shaped his life both personally and professionally. A move from their original town took them to Nohar, which lies in Hanumangarh district at a distance of about 150 kilometers from Sri Ganganagar.
The foundational values and life perspective that Ranjeet learned in life came from his mother, Mrs. Chandrakanta. My mother used her position as a home science teacher to educate numerous young women while showing Ranjeet by example the values of educated service and empathetic behavior toward others. Through her devotion to work and family life, Ranjeet found inspiration to excel in everything he does. Valuing knowledge and kindness fully prevailed in the Gahlot household, which enabled Ranjeet’s intellectual interests and compassionate personality to flourish as his environment fostered these traits.
During his childhood, Ranjeet formed an intense friendship with his little brother as they experienced life together. Family education and community, along with familial values, stood central to the family home environment during which siblings grew up. The Gahlot family stayed close despite the regular job transfers, which forced their relocation, and found their unity in each other. The solid familial foundation enabled Ranjeet to become successful academically and personally because he received constant support.
Ranjeet developed in Nohar despite its status as a small town. In Nohar, he appreciated the strong sense of community and the calm way of living, which taught him the value of working hard for simple things. The period of his school education in Nohar showcased academic success along with active involvement in after-school activities. His teachers from school reported two essential traits in Ranjeet, which would become pivotal for his professional achievements later in life. The early years of his life marked his developing interest in technology while building problem-solving skills that led to his career in IT.
Ranjeet lives today as a married man to Monika while raising their children Abhay Singh and Bhavishka with his wife. He draws his maximum inspiration from his family relationships. Ranjeet actively devotes his limited professional time to FAMILY activities because he wants to share the fundamental values taught to him by his parents with the next generation. Rajasthan’s small town served as his starting point until he reached success as an IT professional while using his moral values to become a social activist.
Phase 2 : The Journey Through Education and Early Career
Dr. Ranjeet Singh Gahlot’s educational path through early career demonstrates his persistent spirit to grow coupled with his ability to adapt along with his unyielding dedication towards self-enhancement. Ranjeet was born on the third day of July 1990 in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, while his household taught him to value work and education from an early age. The career of Mr. Vijay Singh in government health services triggered regular moves, which affected his family. A single relocation sent Gahlot and his family to start life in Nohar within Hanumangarh district, which lay about 150 kilometers southeast of Sri Ganganagar. During this time, Ranjeet attended school from first grade all the way to twelfth grade at his location in Nohar. He mastered schoolwork while adapting to a new environment, which became the basis of his future achievement.
Following his education in Nohar, Ranjeet pursued higher studies back in Sri Ganganagar. The period allowed him to effectively manage educational instruction while still gaining real-world work experience. He worked as a Tally operator during his college years when he joined Akash ganga Courier Services. The professional experience enabled him to develop his technical abilities and understand the significance of time management along with discipline. Ranjeet received scholarships from top educational institutions, including Poornima College Jaipur, Engineering College in Jodhpur, as he dedicated himself to his studies, which inflamed his desire to achieve excellence.
Ranjeet became a defining member of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) during his college years, which formed key leadership skills and accountability traits in his development. Through his NCC time, he acquired disciplined practices together with teamwork abilities and retrieval dedication for the nation, which became vital aspects for his career development and personal growth. Ranjeet left his studies in his first year of college to seek new prospects outside conventional educational settings. He settled in Delhi, where he performed executive accountant duties throughout two months. A short business experience in Delhi provided him access to corporate speed and enabled broad understandings.
The first years of Ranjeet were dedicated to continuous learning and accepting diverse career opportunities. Ranjeet started his career as a IT Engineer at Pratham Software (PSI) in December 2010, which led him to build a noteworthy profession in technology. My mentors Mr. Punit Singhal and Mr. Aanand Kirori , Mr. Punit give me opportunity in devOps technology and MR. Aanand help me on learning curve for same. The seven-year period allowed him to develop his DevOps and cloud infrastructure and automation competencies by working on various innovative projects that demanded both technical ability and creative thinking. His quick grasp of new technologies, along with his dedication to ongoing learning, helped him easily differentiate himself from other professionals right after he joined PSI.
Ranjeet dedicated himself to earning a professional certificate while establishing his field expertise during his initial career years. Ranjeet obtained his JNCIS-ER and JNCIS-ES certifications from Juniper Networks together with MS, MCP, MCTS, MCSA, and MCSE certifications from Microsoft. His combination of hands-on practical knowledge and official certifications turned him into a desirable employee for IT companies.
Phase 3 : A Journey of Growth, Mastery, and Impact
It demonstrates through his career how Dr. Ranjeet Singh Gahlot has used his technical prowess to lead the information technology field forward. He brings fourteen years worth of industry practice to his role as a specialized DevOps and Cloud Architecture and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) professional. His career progression includes multiple moves, which helped him evolve into an outstanding technical expert and look-ahead leader.
Since December 2010, Ranjeet has worked as a IT Engineer at Pratham Software (PSI), through which he spent about seven years developing his expertise in infrastructure management alongside automation and software deployment. As part of his work at PSI, he focused on two vital projects: PSI Website Automation and Dashboard Automation, which he led toward process optimization alongside system effectiveness enhancements. His exceptional skills in solving complicated problems, together with his ability to create scalable solutions, became the base for his upcoming positions by gaining recognition from his peers.
Ranjeet accessed Senior Consultant – DevOps roles at Capgemini Pvt. Ltd. in June 2017 allowing him to develop advanced competencies with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices. Through his work on critical projects at Capgemini, he developed the Monitoring Portal which substantially improved operational efficiency within the organization. His ability in Jenkins as well as Docker and Kubernetes tools enabled him to build resilient solutions that met both client demands and organizational goals.
After July 2018, Ranjeet became part of Xiphi-DataInsights Pvt. Ltd. in the Cloud Architect – DevOps position.
In April 2019, Ranjeet commenced his DevOps Architect position at EVC Ventures to automate infrastructure provisioning through the implementation of Terraform and Ansible as well as configuration management. During his time at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Ranjeet delivered the Digital Marketing & Mix Module project with excellence by managing big, complex tasks effectively for high quality and operational efficiency. His successful work delivered better performance and enriched the complete user journey.
After joining TO THE NEW Pvt. Ltd. in September 2019, Ranjeet started his career trajectory as a DevOps Lead. Under his leadership in this position, he guided multiple functional groups to create solutions that supported company objectives. The PWC project served as a standout accomplishment for Ranjeet because he efficiently managed different stakeholders to deliver seamless system integration across platforms. His capability as a leader, together with his technical knowledge, played an essential role in achieving project success.

As a leader, he started multiple projects that improved infrastructure effectiveness, enhanced security protocols, and simplified deployment procedures. Through his mentorship and guidance of the team and his delivery of premium-quality solutions, Ranjeet earned the respect of the entire team.
Since August 2024, Ranjeet has taken up the position of Senior Architect DevOps at Value Labs to keep pushing forward innovation and excellence at the company. He leads backend infrastructure deployment tasks that include automation combined with system maintenance to achieve operational efficiency. The knowledge he has in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and containerization helped him create durable solutions to handle organizational changes.
Ranjeeet demonstrates advanced knowledge of security best practices by developing protective measures for data infrastructure alongside applications and systems against damaging threats during his work career. Ranjeet put in place security measures involving encryption protocols, access control standards, and protective measures for sensitive enterprise data. His success resulted from mastering the art of making security measure up to performance requirements.
His technology abilities receive enhancement from his demonstrated leadership abilities. His background exhibits leadership of functional teams through which he launches performance-enhancing improvement projects while developing groundbreaking solutions. His clear communication skills help him maintain relationships with stakeholders of all organizational levels to establish collaboration.

As a fresh political contender, he gained substantial voter support, which resulted in a third-place victory among free-choice candidates. The community demonstrates their trust in Ranjeet by enabling him to move up the rankings in his political pursuit. The political development of Ranjeet centers around his plan to establish systematic change through practical leadership skills and engineering expertise as he tackles health care needs and education deficiencies and local infrastructure requirements.
